Accreditation Survey Readiness Program

IPCxpert establishes consistent infection prevention and control practices in accordance with regulatory standards throughout the facility to ensure the facility is well prepared for the accreditation survey. We monitor for regulation changes and implement programs for these changes as necessary. IPCxpert is proud of being the expert in compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC), Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) and DNV.   

IPCxpert will deliver standardized accreditation tracer tools for infection control standards, hand hygiene, construction rounds and national patient safety goal. Our tools could be electronically built to ease the standardization of performance among multi-site facilities. Standardized tracer tools ensure that healthcare personnel are knowledgeable and in compliance with accreditation standards. Furthermore, we deliver assistance on managing and reporting evidence of standard compliance to accreditation agencies. 

IPCxpert will also provide onsite education, training, mock surveys, and finding corrective action plans. We will develop and implement metrics and performance improvements that are in compliance with CMS, TJC, and DNV. Additionally, we develop, review and revise infection control policies and procedures to ensure facilities are compliant with current standards and best practices.
