IPCxpert accepts interim assignments for directing and managing infection prevention and control departments. Our experts develop, maintain, and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of the infection control program intended to recognize, decrease, and prevent healthcare-associated infections. Will facilitate systematic collection and analysis of infection data using epidemiological principles and statistical methods to identify trends and risk factors, deliver consultation to the facility medical and clinical team members, and empower a continuous state of readiness surrounding licensure, accreditation and certification programs to ensure compliance with state and federal rules and regulations for health care facilities.
IPCxpert provides insight and knowledge to facilities with unexperienced Infection Preventionists or support facilities that are short-staffed by doing the actual Infection Preventionists work accompanied by training newly hired Infection Preventionists on data abstraction, National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) surveillance management and reporting, data auditing, and data analysis. Surveillance includes Associated Blood Stream Infection (CLABSI), Catheter-Associated Urinary Tract Infection (CAUTI), C. diff, Ventilator-associated Pneumonia (VAP), Ventilator-Associated Event (VAE), Surgical Site Infection (SSI), Multi-Drug Resistant organisms (MDROs), and dialysis events.
